These terms apply to all purchases of digital products, online courses, masterclasses, and coaching programs from [Company Name]. By purchasing, you accept the following terms.

2. Products and Services

Digital products (e.g., Google Sheets, templates, toolboxes) are delivered electronically via e-mail or through access in Simplero.
Online courses and masterclasses are delivered via Simplero or Zoom.
Coaching programs are delivered as individual or group sessions online, as agreed.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
Courses/masterclasses are released either immediately or according to the specified course plan.
Coaching sessions are scheduled individually.

4. Payment

Payment is made via the available payment solutions in Simplero.
All prices are in USD (or DKK, if specified) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions/training programs are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen payment plan.

5. Access Rights

Access to digital products, courses, masterclasses, and coaching programs is granted only to the individual who purchased the product.
Access is personal and may not be shared, copied, or resold.
Access to materials is valid only as long as the product or subscription is paid for. If payment is missing, access will automatically be closed.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations

Digital products: Delivered immediately and therefore exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law. By purchasing, you agree to waive the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Online courses/masterclasses: No withdrawal rights are provided once access has been granted.
Coaching: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. For later cancellations or no-shows, the amount will not be refunded.

7. Liability

[Company Name] does not assume responsibility for results achieved—or not achieved—through the use of tools, courses, or coaching provided.
All use is at the customer’s own risk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, courses, and tools are protected by copyright.
The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, time-limited, personal right of use to the materials, depending on the chosen payment or subscription plan.

9. Personal Data and GDPR

We process your data in accordance with current GDPR legislation.
Information is used only for delivering the product, customer service, and possible newsletters (with prior consent).

10. Disputes

Any disputes should first be sought resolved amicably.
If this is not possible, the place of jurisdiction is the Danish courts.
